what rank do you need to be to make a mu/onoki bio? i thought i read kage, which is 8000, but this guy has 6000

Zanji Uchiha had been a sensei and I think a mod around 1-2 years ago. He luckily is back now, and he got special permission, which has been earned via his hard work i believe, to have a Mu biography.

there is no such rule you just have to pass the test which is of a high standard
