After seeing Killer Bee Sasuke's tsukuyomi with the aid of the Eight tails it became known that Genjutsu are ineffective against expeienced Jinchuuriki, but is it possible for the jinchuuriki to not be aware of the fact that they are under a genjustsu?
Like Sasuke's fight with Danzou a simple genjutsu can make the difference between victory and defeat. Is it possible?

Sasuke don't have Tsukuyomi.
Sasuke didn't put Killer Bee under Tsukuyomi. It was just an ordinary Genjutsu.
And yes if the opponent is overconfident then he can be taken down even by a mere ordinary Genjutsu

Killer Bee was several seconds under the effect of Sasuke´s low level genjutsu until Hachibi snapped him out of it.


Itachi´s Tsukuyomi would be over long before that.

And its been stated that Tsukuyomi can only be broken by a very skilled Sharingan user or from someone who shares the same blood as the caster (brother/sister). Seems unlikely that a Jinchuriki could slip out of it at all.

Maybe not the host but the beast can be caught up. Madara used his Sharingan to control Kurama originally when he attacked the leaf village. I believe thats why he hates Uchihas.

Okay number 1 the only reason jinchuriki can break it is bcuz it passes chakra through there host if u remember tailed beast can b put in genjutsu from obito and the nine tails and madara and the nine tails always the fourth mizukage and madara obito whoever. No, you're wrong. Orochimaru was able to get himself out of Tsukuyomi using the Kai method. Unfortunately, before Orochimaru could it; Itachi cut off his hand thus ending Tsukuyomi itself.

Tsukiyomi can't be avoided even by perfect jins... It's upto them whether they can endure it or not...

Regular genjutsu make no effect on perfect jins...

WRONG! its does not matter if your a perfect jin or not when some one cast a genjutsu on a jin the biju might notice it and its his decisions if to wake you up or not... when you are with a good relationship with the biju he will wake you up. in the case of itachi tsukiyomi the biju might not notice cause as we know the hole tsukiyumi thing takes 10 seconds in reality but in the genjutsu dimension its take 3 days the genjutsu is being cast only on the jin and not the biju and the biju still think he is in the real world and before he notice his host is being down

I think Sasuke does have tsukuyomi. Ch. 462 P. 6 looks alot like Sasuke putting one of Raikage's ninja into a tsukuyomi. And I think he did put Bee in a tsukuyomi at Ch. 413 P. 9 with the spikes going through Bee. And Ch. 478 P. 3 Danzo basically compared Sasuke's tsukuyomi to Itachi's stating that Itachi's is stronger.

Bee stated that he needed a partner to break the genjutsu at Ch. 413 P. 14. which is essentially what happened in early Naruto, somebody else breaking the genjutsu. I don't think its necessarily that Jinchuriki are immune from genjutsu, simply that they always have a partner around. Obito controlled the nine tails with his eyes, so we know that the beasts can fall under a genjutsu. I think that the one initiating it has to put both the person and the tailed beast under the genjutsu at the same time.

People are getting Tsukuyomi wrong, Itachi's Tsuk was op because he was so skilled with it that he could manipulate the time inside it unlike someone whos not so skilled with it. If Sasuke does have it then a perfect Jinchuriki can break free however with KA it might be impossible because the person wont know about it and the same might be true with the tailed beast inside them.

tl;dr - not everyone can manipulate time like Itachi.

sasuke's genjutsu created an imitation of his mangekyo sharingan , hence killer bee was able to tell that this was a sharingan effect and that it was a genjutsu but coudn't break free , this is where the hachibi came in

we can't really compare this to itachi's genjutsu coz itachi's genjutsu creates the exact same surroundings and creates images that r close to reality but still quite paralysing , u know wat i mean

if this was cast on the bijjuu , i bet that even the nine of them will actually find it diff to to analyse that it was actually a genjutsu

Tsukuyomi and genjutsu in general is a very broken technique in the naruto universe.

Kishimoto has yet to apply a legitimate fix, but stands to reason that weak, or inexperienced genjutsu users cannot knock out a jinchuuriki who has a connection with their beast.

Tsukuyomi can be broken if a tailed beast transfers his chakra. That's one of the sure ways that will work all the time. Another method is to stop the flow of chakra and release a bigger flow of chakra. That method works but if only if the casters genjutsu is weak enough.

There is a difference between Itachi's and Sasuke's. Itachi's can control time within the illusion. While Sasuke can't.

If Naruto or Bee were to be captured with Itachi's Tsukuyomi they'd be done. It happens in an instant in the outside world. Before the beast could realize. But no ones immmuned to genjutsu even Sharingan users. Kabuto caught both Sasuke and Itachi within his genjutsu twice.
