Jinbei is a large blue whale shark Fishman with a face that is commonly associated with various Japanese demons such as Oni. His yellow eyebrows and sideburns are distinctly shaped like those found on such demons, in addition to a bulb-like nose and an angular lower lip pointing upwards; a lightning-shaped scar can be seen from his left side burn and reaching over his left eye. He also possesses two tusk-like conical lower fangs associated with Oni as well; the rest of his teeth from the upper and lower rows are pretty much the same, albeit much smaller. His lower lip also juts out more forward than the upper lip, to make room for the excess size of his aforementioned fangs. He has long, two-toned black hair, with two long white stripes coming from the roots over his forehead and trailing down the back, a topknot, and tuft of hair on his chin with a slight green hue. His hands and feet are also webbed, as typical as can be for a Fishman, and limbs that are somewhat thin in comparison with his enormous girth. His gills are in between his shoulders and neck.

Personality:
Jinbei is a Fishman with great pride and honor.Despite being proud, Jinbei appears to put his priorities and principles over his honor, and is not above retreating from an otherwise unfinished battle (even being shamed or openly mocked by an opponent) if it meant for the sake of the greater good. He also doesn't seem to hesitate from the idea of encouraging others to do likewise for a similar cause.

Background Info.
History:
Jinbei was born in the rain village.He assisted to the ninja academy from kirigakure,where he trained to become a ninja with Kisame,who was older,and zabuza,who was in the same year.The other students often made jokes to kisame and jinbei,because of their blue skin and similarities with fish.When kisame graduated from the academy,the kids began to make jokes more often to jinbei,because the kids were afraid of kisame but not of jinbei becuase he was very calm and kind.Zabuza often beated up the persons who were bothering jinbei.In the graduation test zabuza and jinbei fought and defeated every single student in the battlefield.He trained since then,to make sure he would be much more powerful than zabuza and defeat him;So he begin a journey around the ninja world to learn jutsus and become more powerful,so he could bring peace to the world.One day,he learned of the attack of kisame to the feudal lord and that that he had left the hiddend mist.Something similar happened with zabuza,so when both kisame and zabuza left the village,Jinbei left too.He begun to search for them,to make sure they wouldn't kill anyone again...ever.

i don't think fishman karate can be approved in naruto rp

simple b/c when jimbei uses it at impel down he doesn't hit everyone its kinda like an ''energy'' punch thing

which is like air palm a hyuuga style technique

and you should also add that under water he is much faster and his strength is doubled (like Arlongs fishman said)
