Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact.

Like with the nagashi, you need to control your chidori and reshape it to form a long ass spear. this is what sasuke used to impale Orochimaru. try and make a long lightning spear

*maintains and even strengthens my spear and slices the tree 9.5 meters away* i guess a great way to use this in a combo would be to use some taijutsu or weapon moves to knock my opponent to where he think's he's out of reach, and then use this jutsu as a surprise attack. either that or use this jutsu at a shorter range like a sword and when they go out of reach, extend it to pierce them by surprise and split it into multiple blades, peircing them all over?
Good,this was my thought though.
I would create a low level wall(earth wall or mokuton wall) in front of him,then use this to cut through the wall and impale him and if he jumps,i only swing it upwards,cutting him anyway and if he does go underground,which is the point of the whole move,i will simply re-shape this chidori into chidori nagashi to travel through the gruond and get him ^_^
next is a usefull elemental combo move

this jutsu is nice because it doesnt have to hit dead on for the person to take damage since the dragon can arm electricity over to them.
just like the description channel lightning and wind all around you to form a vortex. then extendit outward like an dragon and attack.

*sends greater chakra though my viens to create a vortex of lightning and wind swirling above my head. the head of a dragon comes out of the vortex as if there was a mould of it behind the vortex being pushed through. the dragon head flies foreward, trailing stray sparks and small lashes of wind, and goes straight up near a tree and falls straight down onto it with a large explosion of lightning.*

i know wat a kiln is, but because i don't know the other moves, can i learn it yet? and i've seen it being used in the Pain Invasion arc; this'll be awesome to learn!
