I conconcentrate on focusing water chakra into my right foot. I then raise it a foot off the ground and exert the Water chakra into the very sole of my feet. Upon slamming it on the ground, I push the water chakra from my body and focus on making actual water materialize from my chakra and the oxygen and hydrogen particles in my surroundings. Upon the water coming forth, I increase my water chakra output to control the water. I force the water chakra to leave from beneath my feet and flow towards the tree that is 10 feet away from me. I concentrate on making the water as sharp as a kunai that has been reinforced with wind chakra. The water begins to rise and take on the qualities that I put into it. As the water is flowing towards the tree, I use the remaining water chakra that I have to make the water 10 feet high and increase the speed at which the water travels. The jutsu, now complete, then hits the tree. The tree literally was cut clean threw the middle.
