To me, land Jinbe was portrayed to be comparable in strength to Sanji in fishmen island, but i'd give him the benefit of doubt over Sanji more times than not. Water jinbe wins comfortably though. Not only he is faster and stronger, but he can destroy the bubble giving him a greater advantage
