So i'm teaching a Hozuki how to use the Fire element. Ironic. With a slight chuckle, Guy removes a single brown pouch from his vest. With a single flick of his wrist, still with his back turned, it is flung towards you. Within the scroll there are many slips of chakra paper and a single scroll. Removing a single piece of his own chakra paper, Guy holds it up and channels his chakra into it and it suddenly burns up. One by one, channel your chakra into the paper. Concentrate on the feeling of your chakra coursing through your body, how it feels upon entry into the paper and how it feels upon igniting the chakra. While going through that open the scroll and answer, in as much detail, what it written on it.

I'll be using the first person perspective.
I place the piece of paper in my palm and begin channeling my chakra through it. Having been a water user for so long I need only to feel the wrath of fire and the heat within my own mind. Envision flames instead of anything else, be it water or raw chakra. Should my focus prove efficient the paper would slowly begin to burn into ashes from one edge to the other.

• Fire is the rapid process of combustion. The properties emit both heat and light directly proportional to the size and range of the flames themselves. Fire causes burning in it's most known form although and in the Narutoverse we'd seen many types of fire. Such as the black never-ending flames Amaterasu and the blue flames of the 2 Tailed Bijuu.
• Fire much in rl like in the series is weak to Water, and has overwhelming strength over the Wind element. While being neutral to Earth, in which both create a 3rd element, lava. As far as rank goes, A rank water can stop even S rank Fire. While even A rank Fire can neutralize S rank Wind.
• Chakra has been known to be the life force of living things in the world. By wielding both our spiritual and physical energies we can produce chakra, and by using a more advance application of chakra we can create elemental chakra. Which through the use of chakra manipulation and production, we can shape that into numerous dynamics of diferent elements.
• Prominent users are Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Uchiha Clan and Jiraiya.

Straight to the point I see. Well all that you need to do now is apply the feeling of the chakra paper into a more advanced form. Not to put it simply, begin storing chakra within your lungs. Using chakra manipulation begin heating it within your chest. Then simply begin exhaling, and as the chakra moves through your through use nature manipulation to turn the heated chakra into the physical form of fire. Don't worry too much about shape manipulation, simply exhale small fire balls at my clone. Guy creates a single clone and waits for what happens.
I begin channeling chakra through my chest and into my mouth, molding it with the image of flames and heat in mind to then exhale the condensed chakra from my mouth. As I exhale the chakra in the form of flames, I begin to apply further chakra control and attempt to shape the flames into round fireballs. Which begin to strike the clone, causing it to disperse.

Good Job. You seem disinterested with the RP aspect, so i'll continue as the normal method of training. Now for each jutsu you learn i'd like you to do the following;
* Brief description performing the jutsu.
* Advantages & Disadvantages -
* How/When you would use it in battle. - Being honest and saying it isn't really something you would use is ok. Though do try and be creative with it.
* How you would counter it. - Again, be creative. Don't just say you would use a water jutsu, try formulate a strategic counter if you can think of one.
* Advantages & Disadvantages - It's a basic fireball, it doesn't have any major Ad/Dis, other than low strength.
* How/When you would use it in battle. - Maybe for a comedy gig when roleplaying, like setting a NPC on fire for drama.
* How you would counter it. - A simple side-step using a taijutsu technique to counter and attack at the same time if the opponent is close. Otherwise I'd use the D rank Water shield.
Nice work and great thinking with the taijutsu technique to side-step. Moving on.
Remove two shuriken and while holding in your hand, think back to the beginning of our training when you had to infuse chakra into the chakra paper. Using the same concept, channel your fire chakra into the shuriken though maintain it as simple chakra for the time being. With no real shape manipulation, just concentrate on maintaining the chakra within the shuriken so that it isn't dispersed. Finally, throw the shuriken and as they travel concentrate on the fire chakra, and with a simple mental command cause it to ignite and engulf the shuriken.
