Shouldn't? Jellal is one of the best wizards on fairy tail pretty sure he's stronger than Erza and the others too. But weaker than gildarts.

Isnt that a bit to harsh, when the no.1 wizard saint of ishgar got one shotted by Acnologia.

OT: Jellal is truly a very powerful wizard, he is someone who really is a wizard saint. That guy single handedly took on and defeated the 4 demon generals of oraceion seis. While the likes of erza, natsu, gray, jura, lyon had their share of trouble dealing with them.


And yes i do beleive he can take on a spriggan all by himself.

Jellal, Gildarts, and even Laxus shouldn´t have any problems with a Spriggan. But Laxus now seesm to have taken "side-effects" as an illness. Not a very subtle way of making him retire from combat early, or even get put down.
