Background Information
History: Jellal was born in the Nekura clan, he was the first born of the family he was a loved child, but their parents seen hatred just looking straight into his eyes.
When he grown up, and became a genin at a age of ten years old he was a very devilish child, he wanted to kill everyone he hated, even though he learned allot, despite his lack towards others he learned about the shinobi world and how chakra worked, he trained alone but also with his friend from the Nekura clan like Jinbei, Jellal always lost against the strong but also very intelligent kid, even tho he loved to fight him.
His parents where always on missions and almost never home, so at a age of fifteen years old he went traveling trough the shinobi world, killing several bandits which stood in his way, he went in a killing intent multiple times killing everyone he seen, but because of that he became stronger and stronger being almost unbeatable.
When he traveled to Konohagakure since he wanted to join the village, however he found out that it was a peaceful village, he had something in mind, anyway while traveling he almost reached the Konohagakure gate, but then in the forest of death he found a man which he found suspicious so Jellal began attacking Goro, he punched him and kicked him but he was no match, but Goro himself saw faith in the boy named Jellal at a age of fifteen, and Jellal asked him for training, and the man approved his request, they had a great but hard five years training but in the end, Jellal mastered the five basic elements and during his travel with Goro he met Goro's friends and several other things which he also learned from like; Mugiwara, Akiza, Alucard and Vergil. In the end, he finished his training, masterd everything and went to the Konohagakure office, asking Izuna to join the beautiful village, Izuna approved his request however, after getting his Konohagakure headband, he wanted to know more about the Nekura clan, and went to search for the man named; Emperor, to get trained in the Nekura abilities.

Abilities.
Water Element: Since Jellal was a young boy, he trained his whole life trying to increase his strength in the water element, every time he had the chance to train in it, he did it, he learned special abilities, new technique's all by his own, making Shadow clone's of himself and trying new technique's against them, hence gaining the ability of using every water technique with one handseal. He killed people with only water based technique's and did not fail, although he found an new rival named LoK, and wanted to fight him over and over again to face him some day with only Water based technique's, Jellal was weaker then him in the water based technique's, and he heard allot of rumor's about the abilities of the legendary LoK and wanted to get the chance to fight him and defeat him by only using the water Element. But even worse then that, Jellal wanted to become just like Izuna, it was only his dream to become just like him... The new generation Water monster. It was also the first thing he trained with along with Goro Kaguya, Jellal received a intensive training in his home village, along with his master.
