I quickly preform a string of handseals, my speed enhanced by my swords, Sanada Yukimura, and the river at your right starts to bombard you with water bullets.

I then unsheathe my swords and quickly preform a wide ascending slash with my right sword, aiming to chop off your arm by your elbow joint, while at the same time I slash horizontally from your left to your right, aiming to rip your belly letting the guts out. This can be done while the user himself is doing an elemental jutsu at the same time as the sword does the most work, though it still counts as one of the three moves per turn.
*Can only be used once per battle*
*The user takes -20 damage and -40 damage if used while he's doing another jutsu due to enormous chakra-drain.
*Sanada Yukimura can't sense any chakra for four turns*
Turning your technique into nothing more than a lousy E rank, which doesn't even have the necessary rank to be an actual Elemental Ninjutsu.
As my swords and hands strecth apart, 5 strings burning like fire wrap around your neck and lodge on your throat. As the motion of my arms opening is completed, your left arm is chopped off, your guts are spilling through the ground and your head bounces decapitated on the ground.

Fire would burn the opponent and make add to the sharpness of the wires melting properties, Earth will make the wires thinner but stronger. Water is useless to the effect desired.
Upon trapping the opponent, the user will quickly constrict the wires, severing the thinner limbs and severely injuring the thicker body parts (I.e Severe arms, legs, necks, and Injure torso, head).
*This jutsu can only be used twice per battle*
Note: The wires created aren't enough no envelop the whole body, so only a limb/body part can me affected.

[You have two swords in your hands right?? and your second jutsu requires a handseal with both swords in your hand i don`t think it will work......but i may be wrong since its your custom correct me if i am
and also i don`t understand what happens when S rank turns to E i guessed the rocks would just crumble away]
mehh the time u release the shockwave i realise something to be wrong since i feel something change with the wave and therefore i punch a wind vortex to the ground and dodging your attack move into the air...
