Every time I accidentally see the English voiced episodes of Naruto I just want to kill myself. I can only watch the anime in Japanese. Does anyone else agree with me?

I like most of my anime in Japanese. And the English dub of Naruto sounds dumb
Especially Naruto's voice :p

Out of all the Japanese voices in Naruto, I have not really had a problem with any of them. Especially the main characters. The Japanese do a way better job at fitting the voice to the characters. lol

lol I would have no clue about that one. I have never been a big DBZ fan, and have only seen a few episodes in English.

Oh my gosh... Naruto's voice is horrible! Along with Sasuke's... And Kakashi's is just strange. Whenever Kakashi spoke it sounded like it wasn't even him speaking. It was weird. The only English voice actor that I think I would like in the Naruto series would be Itachi. Because he is voiced by one of my favorite voice actors of all time, Crispin Freeman.

I prefer Japanese as well.

Yay!!! :D

You think so? I never thought of it like that. I thought if they listened to what the American's have done to their anime they would cringe. lol Then again, they might think it sounds better.

The reason why we like hearing Japanese voices so much is because it's foreign to us and we can't understand it.

When you listen to the dubbed version, you understand the words and to you they become dull and have no 'epic' sound to them.

This makes complete sense. I never thought of it like this. You have a wonderful way of thinking. :)

In for example the names of characters, the accent falls wrong in english, it gives me the creeps xd.
I agree with you.

Some anime I have only seen english dubs from and than it doesnt bother me that much, since I am used to it.
However in general Japanese>english, at least when it comes to anime.
