Sasuke got half of Hagoromo's powers, then he took the 9 Bijuu and inserted them into Susanoo. So Half of Hagoromo's power+9 Bijuu's power=Sasuke's Current Power. Regardless of the translation, him being on Rikudo's level, or close at the very least (since an inferior Madara was stated to be getting close) is pretty much a given. The only thing in question is which version of Rikudo is the one that gave Sasuke his power.

Same goes for Naruto as well. He obtained half of Hagoromo's power, and he just absorbed all of the Nature Energy on the planet. He's undoubtedly on Hagoromo's level, it only comes down to which Hagoromo.

The fact that hagoromo and hamura sealed kaguya would equate to sasuke and naruto sealing kaguya.

Hagoromo + hamura >= naruto + sasuke
Hagoromo >= sasuke
Hagoromo jj >= sasuke with bijuu
I don't see how sasuke is not at least close to the sage in terms of power
