I lived there for about three months. It's a nice place. Everyone's cool and the atmosphere is very positive! Go to Tokyo Friday or Saturday night. It's so fun. You don't have to worry about not fitting in either, they love foreigners! If you're nice of course.

It's safe, it's fun, and their's anime stuff everywhere. (If you're into that)
