* Description: User takes a deep breath then Blows out Extremely Cold air. The air is cold enough to freeze an entire lake. It can be used to defend against Water or Earth techniques. If the opponent is hit, their movements become slower and it becomes near impossible to dodge.

Description: the user creates 4 water tentacles in his back,and then freezes them, that he can control each of them freely. the user is also able to use the ice in the tentacls to create other ice jutsus. it can also rengerate only if there is a water source or ice near by. it cost+5 for every turn it is used on the battle field and it has limited amount of water so the user cannot create huge ice jutsus and the user can create 5 ice jutsus using the octopus tentacle when there is no water or ice in the battle field.
(Grimm allowed me to use his regular version of the jutsu)
to break free and than extend one of towards your blade and warps around it freezing it completely
and than uses two other ones to attack you from the front and above you
