His outfit, which is mainly colored a metallic black, has bright white lines that are supposed to be the bones. He has white/silver hair, that is slicked back and spiked. A sash from a little above his right temple, goes down, covering his blind eye and ends underneath his left ear. He also has a type of mask that covers his bottom lip, to the tip of his ear, back down to the nape of his neck. A normal blade inside of a sheath on his back is carried by Jack.
Personality:Raiden has a dual personality. Raiden, on the surface, is mild-mannered, idealistic, and somewhat naive, who ultimately failed to live up to the standards set by his hero. But underneath that is Jack the Ripper, the bloodthirsty child soldier whose savagery puts a shame to many heartless villains. The most immediately obvious trait shared by Raiden's dual aspects is that both are pretty intense feelers. Jack may be a sadistic killer while Raiden's an idealistic crusader, but both of them let their feelings guide their actions. Ultimately, both are unable to put aside their feelings for a mission.

Background Info
History:Raiden was born on a rainy day in Konohagakure. His childhood, unlike others, was grim. His father, who he was too young to remember the name of, abused him on a daily basis. His mother had good intentions, but never stopped her husband from doing appalling actions. During his youth, he was adopted by a strange man after killing his parents. The strange man experimented with Raiden whenever he could, and subsequently raised him as a child shinobi. He and other children were shown action films daily for "image training," and were given food mixed with powder containing toluene to make them more controllable. Raiden, with other children, were pitted against each other in fights that led to death. They were kept in their rooms, which were basically prison cells. Jack became a killing machine, known alternately as the "White Devil" and "Jack the Ripper" due to his incredibly high kill rate compared to other boys his age. His skills with a bladed weapon, as well as his cruelty in dispatching enemies with them, was another reason for his "Ripper" nickname.
Some time after, he was abandoned by the strange man, leaving him in the hands of the enemy village. Raiden was put under a Genjutsu and forced to kill all the friends, and family he made. The enemy shinobi set Raiden free, but he had nothing left. Raiden was, at this point, old enough to handle himself. He looked for jobs and after some time, eventually found one. Jack would grow up to suppress the memories about his terrible childhood, burying the memories of his bloody past, though he still suffered from nightmares of his past nearly every night. Jack visits the graves of his family every day he gets a chance to do so.
Raiden went to a blacksmith to get a fine blade made. He swore upon his very life, to take the lives of those that took his, with the might of this blade. In the village of Konohagakure, he sets out to train until he has the strength capable of overthrowing the monstrosities.
