I think minato would win but not because of his speed alone,I think he's a brilliant ninja, and please,you don't have to be extremely fast to counter FTG,you just have to be an exceptional ninja

Alright my opinion:

BOTH of these men are very skilled shinobi.
Minato was a Hokage, and Jiraiya was offered Hokage position 3 times. (yes, 3 times)
Jiraiya taught Minato as his sensei.
Jiraiya has Sage mode
however, Minato has FTG..
Both have the Rasengan.
its been said that minato had cleared an entire battlefield in the blink of an eye
I think it'd be a really long fight however i honestly think Minato has surpassed his sensei.

im not a huge fan of either of these characters btw.
