Jūgo has a bracket shaped symbol on his left palm, but the meaning behind it has yet to be revealed. He is a very tall man and wears purplish colored shirt with dark pants and the Akatsuki robe with brown sandals. He has spiky orange hair, and a usually calm face. However when he is afflicted by his murderous side, his skin will turn dark, and grows various weapons and appendages to suit is battle combat situation, along with having a deranged look.
Personality:
Jūgo's personality is usually quite unassuming, but whenever he is angered those around him stand little chance of survival. At one point he was so angry he destroyed an entire village. He is called Jūgo of the Scales due to his bipolar personality and unpredictable attitude changes.

Background Info.
History:
When Jūgo was young he first came to realize that he had a unique ability to change his body whenever he got angry.....but had little to no control of himself when he did get angry. But sadly one time when he got so angry he completely destroyed his entire home village. Thus this caused the survivors of the village to label him as the "Scales", where anything could tip the balance of his personality. Thus cursing his existance, he took to secluding himself in hopes of harming nobody. 
This awhile until Kimimaro came to him, which he himself was the last remnant of the Kaguya clan. Jūgo then decided to follow Kimimaro, and allowed himself to become one of Orochimaru's test subjects. Upon examination, Orochimaru was able to isolate enzymes in Jūgo's blood which allowed him to transform. By extracting these enzymes, Orochimaru was able to use them to produce similar, but more controlled, effects in other people, which lead to the creation of the cursed seal. As timed had passed, Kimimaro had died and Jūgo had once again secluded himself.
After Sasuke Uchiha had defeated Orochimaru, and recruited Suigetsu and Karin, they arrived at Orochimaru's North Base, to recruit Jūgo. He was initially unwilling to join Sasuke's team and tapped into his Curse Seal, but was frightened into releasing from that state by Sasuke's killer intent. He then joined the newly formed Hebi in their mission to hunt down and kill Akatsuki's Itachi Uchiha.....Sasuke's older brother.
Jūgo would later on discover several hidden basis that had belonged to Akatsuki, where Sasuke had confronted a clone of Itachi in one of them, whim had challenged Sasuke to meet him at the Uchiha clan stronghold. Jūgo had remained behind with the other Hebi members and Kisami Hoshigaki as Sasuke confronted Itachi.
After Itachi's death, and Sasuke's "education" into his brother's true past by Tobi, Jūgo and the other members of Hebi reformed into Taka. Once they had allied themselves to Akatsuki, they were sent out to capture the Eight Tails, so that it could be extracted from it's host, Killer Bee. Almost immediately upon infiltrating Kumogakure, they had confronted Killer Bee, only to have Suigetsu get defeated. When Jūgo had attempted to defeat him, Killer Bee overpowered him as well using the sword he had stolen from Suigetsu.
After Sasuke had been critically injured, Jūgo told Karin that she did not have enough chakra to heal Sasuke's wounds and started to infuse his flesh with Sasuke to heal his wounds, stating that it would work due to the fact that he was compatible with his cursed seal. However this somehow reduced him to a younger appearance. When the team had finally started working together, Jūgo had concentrated on removing his team from danger, although he had initially objected to rescuing Karin, as he had thought that she would have died from Sasuke's Amaterasu.
Sasuke was eventually able to capture Killer Bee, albeit was a fake, and Jūgo had recuperated along with his fellow teammates. As they all had been resting inside one of Akatsuki's hideouts, Karin had sensed a spy had followed them. Jūgo and Sasuke went out and intercepted him, and then they all went to a different location shortly afterwards.
Taka had later set out for Konoha, but on their way they were intercepted by Tobi who had informed them that Konoha had already been destroyed. Suddenly Zetsu, had appeared, and informed them all that a man named, Danzo had been named Hokage. Then as per Tobi's advice and orders they had changed their target to the Kage Summit. They were then guided there by Zetsu after he had split his body in two.
When Jūgo and the rest of Taka had arrived in the Land of Iron, Suigetsu had scouted the area and reported that there were many guards, Sasuke told Jūgo to have the animals find the least guarded route. Although their presence was soon discovered and Sasuke quickly engages with the Samurai that had discovered them, when Karin had become preoccupied with worrying about Sasuke, Jūgo had told her to continue looking for Danzo while he went to help Sasuke fight off the Samurai.
Taka was then quickly attacked by Kumo-nin that Jūgo had identified as two jonin and the Fourth Raikage. Knowing that their presence will make it difficult for Karin to locate Danzo, he resorts to killing them. He then fully transforms into his Cursed Seal level 2 and goes into his murderous mental state. Although the Raikage quickly overwhelms him and forces him into a wall, punching through a defensive shield on his arm and into his chest. Though he had been seemingly killed, Jūgo smirks and aims dozens of boosters from his back at the Raikage, and fired all of them at point blank range. With believing the Raikage to be dead, Jūgo prepared to attack someone else, but he is instead hit by the Raikage with a sudden elbow strike. Jūgo was then smashed against the wall and seemingly knocked unconscious.
As the battle unfolded, Sasuke destroyed the room they were in and Jūgo, who had regained consciousness, was buried by the rubble. He then absorbed the body of a nearby samurai, which healed his wounds and returned him to his adult state. Him and Suigetsu later on try to disguise themselves as samurai's in an attempt to follow the Raikage and Sasuke but were quickly discovered and imprisoned by the samurai.
During the war, Suigetsu and Jūgo had escaped their cell in the Land of Iron, having taken care of the guards, they had stated that security had gotten much looser. Jūgo initially thought of searching for Sasuke, but settled for helping Suigetsu search for his sword. They also decided that they should look for Karin.
When they were unable to locate Suigetsu's sword, Jūgo asked him why he was so serious about the sword. Suigetsu then proceeded to tell him a bit about, The Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, telling him about the swords and those who had wielded them in the past. Jūgo learned that Suigetsu's dream is to reform the Swordsmen and become their leader. Suigetsu then proceeded to tell him that he is nicer than Karin.

Animal Communication:
Jūgo is capable of communicating and understanding animals, and is able to request them to do accomplish tasks, such as scouting or gathering information they have already witnessed.
Cursed Seal:
Jūgo is the origin to Orochimaru's Juinjutsu, using his body fluids to create the various cursed seals Orochimaru brands his followers with. As such he is able to use its power to its full extent without it eroding his body. Unlike those who have been given the cursed seal, Jūgo is not limited to one transformation and can enter whatever form is best for the situation. He can change what form he takes almost instantly and can isolate the transformation to parts of his body. In this form, Jūgo has incredible speed shown when he was able to approach Killer Bee from behind unnoticed.
If he fully transforms, Jūgo gains a massive power, but loses his mind to his murderous side. His voice also changes. As with all cursed seal transformations, Jūgo's skin turns dark, with black sclera in the eyes and a black stripe running down from the middle of his forehead down the bridge of his nose. In his Level 2 form, Jūgo is also very resilient, as he took a punch from the Fourth Raikage right through his arm and chest and managed to retaliate with ease.Jūgo has changed his body into a number of forms during his appearances. At his debut, he changed his left arm into a piston-like ram to increase his punching power, and then altered it into a massive axe blade to counter Suigetsu's sword. While Taka fought Killer Bee, Jūgo formed boosters on his arm that allowed him to throw his teammates to safety and boosters in his back to increase his jumping speed. He is also capable of extending his arm in order to catch targets from several feet away. When he entered a full level 2 form during Taka's fight with the Fourth Raikage, he made a number of chakra cannon's on his back that were capable of devastating the area.

This bio technically does NOT have a Kekkei Genaki nor is it a "Special" bio test bio, and therefore falls in line with the restrictions of my Muu bio.
Also it is stated that due to Orochimaru running experiments on him, he has the Cursed Seal due to specific enzymes in his body being isolated. Which therefore does not make this a Kekkei Genkai
