Two thing, I' said no genkai and second how can u use ur Mystic Arts Of India : Varuna's Snares that require that you trow water on me or something will I'm in the ground?

b) you had to come out to do Water God Slicer, you cant do it while in the ground

b) why not, and the Hidden eyesight didn't require me to come out.

I just don't get it, I can move freely underground, but I can't do a hand sign??? that doesn't make any sense!
