i shoot multiple fire balls at you. But the jutsu serve nothing more than jutsu a distraction but if you don't block it(Which im sure you will) they will do damage when they make contact with you. I quickly chain together handseals and i use

the earth around you starts spiraling inwards trapping you. Since this is a rocky terrain some rocks might hit you to cause more damage. The earth is this spiraling inward while the fire justu are headed towards you. So i chain together handseals again to perform this jutsu

Description: User creates a vortex of wind that can be shaped into an average sized ball to be thrown towards the opponent or a spiraling jets stream that can pushed to blow away medium sized objects.
(by this time im on the ground) So a vortex of wind is shaped into a ball then thrown at You. It creates a jet stream that trails right behind the fire jutsu but they do not fuse at all.
Since we started at mid range, your fireballs will extinguish before reaching me. Since this jutsu requires that you place your hands in front of your mouth to shoot the fireballs, you won't be able to make the earth jutsu immediately:
The moment I notice which jutsu you used, I perform a quick series of handseals and use the gap between the time you finish performing your fire jutsu and the moment you start performing the earth jutsu to use:

Tactic:Best used with Hidden Mist jutsu.

Description: A down pour of rain will fall and any thing with chakra that it touches the user can sense there location and instantly know there.
By the time the rain start falling on you, you're already done with your earth jutsu. Since you were in mid-air and blinded by the mist, you will still do it at my last known location, making it useless. During that time I'm almost where you're supposed to land on the ground.
Then, since I know your exact location with the rain, I move past your landing point and swiftly jump at the right angle so that I will innevitable collide with you from behind. As I jump I draw my Katana out without a sound and cut your head off in one motion.
Since you were barely finishing your earth jutsu and were probably starting to perform another jutsu (be it the wind one or another one) you never were able to deviate your course or clear the mist in time. According to the timing, you could very well start to perform a third and final jutsu before I cut your head off, but I highly doubt that you'd had the time to finish it considering you said that you had reach the ground by the time you finish your third jutsu.
So all in all, here's a recapitulation of the time frame:
1st: You do the fire jutsu, which requires more time then you intended in your move.
2nd: I create the mist (one handseald) while you're throwing the fireballs then I start to run immediately after it's performed.
3rd: Again because of the position of your hands that is required to do the fire jutsu, you couldn't immediately continue with the earth jutsu, giving me the time to run in the mist. You then perform the earth jutsu
4th: Meanwhile you do the earth jutsu, I do the rain one.
5th: As you are landing and starting your wind jutsu (or any jutsu) I kill you with my sword.
