i start with

NAME : raiton : amatsu soroi katon : heavenly suit of Fire
Type: supplementary
rank: Forbidden
chakra cost: 60
damage: n/a
description: user summons a heavenly suit of fire on his body by summoning jutsu ( not animal summoning ) then he charges the suit with fire chakra for 2 turns . after charging all of users fire jutsu's damage increases by 30.
NOTE: the suit only lasts for 3 turns
NOTE: can be used 2 times in a battle
NOTE: after using suit for 2 times user dies

and then i use

Katon: uchiki nekki ) Fire style: Reserve heat
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: User uses to 2 turns to completely charge this jutsu with fire chakra and then when its used all the fire jutsu’s damage points increases by +20 ( but chakra cost remains same ). This jutsu lasts only for 3 turns .
( only alimujtaba786 can teach this jutsu )

adn then i use

(Katon: Zukokku) - Fire Style: Intense Pain ( DONE )

and fire is comming at u !!

only one question can ur special water be evaporated ?? coz u said it can not conduct eletricty but it can be evaporated ..

Yeah but(with extreme heat) it doesn't matter anymore since u didn't block any of my attack...ur all dead.

So as the bullet are shoot toward the ground I manipulate water to thicken all the way to the ground into a massive water wall. Ur bullet never reach the ground.

I'll skip he spike I was suppose to do so ur safe for now.

When u make ur summon I use

(Suiton: Hitoshirezu Suiton Ame)-Water Style: Hidden Water Rain
? Type: Supplementary

? Description: This jutsu can only be used after having open 4 chakra implosion and sealed all except water. The user will use his power to manipulate water to make rain droplets rise from a water source (lake or ocean) and fill the area. Once the top droplet have rise to 100 m high, they will all stop and stay in suspension(take less than 5 sec to rise). Each droplet that moves will be sense by the user. The advantage of this jutsu over the usual rain jutsu is that if the enemy use a wind jutsu to blow the droplets away, they will almost instantaneously be replace by others coming from the water source(no cloud dependent too).

When this is done I make water converge on all tree of u and crush u in intense pressure.

to be sure ur dead, while the water is converging on u (since it's not a jutsu) I use

(Suiton: Suiton Saishuu Han)-Water Style: Water Final Judgment

? Range: Close/Long

? Damage Points: 140 (35 per waves)
? Description: The user will focus a massive amount of chakra into a water source creating 4 gigantic tsunami waves. These waves a 100 m tall and will collapse on the enemy location. These four waves are surrounding the opponent and rushing at high speed. Each wave is extremely dangerous and can stunt the opponent for one turn if hit.
*This jutsu can only be used after 4 chakra implosions is activated*
*This jutsu require that the enemy and the user are on a water source*
*This jutsu can only be used 2 times per match*
*This jutsu can only be used by Izuna Uchiha*

? Discription: Using the salt from your water source. you can make all the salt rise to the surface which will amplify the salt already in the air making ice jutsu impossible.
