The Sharingan
Abilities:
The Sharingan's abilities consist of two parts: the "Eye of Insight" and the "Eye of Hypnotism". The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognise genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counterattack or dodge without any wasted movement.

Appearance Information-
Izuna had long dark hair, tied in a ponytail that reached his lower back. He wore what most Uchiha wear, a blue shirt with the Uchiha Crest on his upper back and blue pants that are wrapped up in bandages at the ends. On his waist, he had a bandage belt that held a sack that presumably holds ninja tools.
Personality Information-
Izuna Uchiha was a harmonic and devoted person. He also appeared to be very competitive with his brother, Madara, in terms of skill.

Izuna's reflexes are quite high for a normal shinobi he can now perform handsigns very fast due to his intense training with his teachers.
Speed:
As being part of the Uchiha Clan,Izuna's speed was considerably higher than the Shinobi's of his rank.
Fire Release:
After being trained by several Sempais and going through hard and different training Izuna mastered Katon and showed great ease on performing the techniques.After hard practice and work he managed to specialize in it and found a way to do most jutsus with only one handseal.
Earth Release:

Background Information-
Izuna and his older brother Madara were said to be equals as the most gifted members of the Uchiha clan. They usually competed with each other every day in order to get stronger. Both awakened their Sharingan early in life, and they became the first Uchiha to awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan. Madara used the power of his Mangekyō Sharingan to take control of the clan, with Izuna at his side.
