Well Shigure you had MS back in the days right? You can get MS and do like Izuna and make this a custom bio with your own MS so you can use the Amaterasu,Susanoo and other shits but in all great bio sensei!

Izuna wouldn't be able to use any MS techniques ~_~ he must have been shown using them in the manga according to the rules, and he hasn't been shown to use any.

actually since its been shown blood relations to share MS techniques, i think it is safe to say Izuna would have any MS techniques used by Madara, not only that but technically his MS is part of Madara's EMS, so basically you get the same techniques as Madara's EMS but to a lesser degree in my opinion, but thats only if your going for MS i think sebby.
