Izuna or Shisui = Tobi

If Tobi isn't Shisui than he is alive inside of Naruto (A Good Heart & Will just as is Nagato, Pervy Sage, Minato & all the rest of the people who have lived in the Ninja world trying to obtain peace)

That being said, as the manga carries on, the only other person Tobi can be is Izuna & he is the only one who can defeat Madara if anyone (Besides Shisui) Whatever the case may be, Madara is going to break free from Kabuto's control & probably put his belief in Naruto as well!
