Ok u seem to already know how to concentrate humidity in water.

Next, see that rock over there? I want u to gather all the humidity that there's arround her, mix it with ur water chakra to make more water, and start making a cylinder shape water tower arround him.

Once u've mastered that ( u seem to be a quick learner) make the water spin has fast has u can!
