I think that only refers to using your techniques not Kinjutsu

But I dont think they can "spam" it though.

All EMS does is allow the user to use MS techniques without going blind. Unfortunately, Izanagi isn't an MS technique

It guarentees Eternal Sight as long the user of the eye uses his normal attacks not Izanagi, in which case every eye (Wether MS/EMS/Normal Sharingan) can go blind, and as for rinnegan, what Kishi has told us so far, you won't go blind .

madara used izunagi in the last chapther..that giant stone in the air is the (form something out of nothing tech) it isn't the tech nagato used on bee naru and itachi,that tech needs a blast in the sky that sucks things into it...

but how good is madara with the reningan,he said that he unlock'd them JUST before he died...so Nagato shud have better control ova them than him

He was completed beyond his prime, so I guess that means his body magically knows how to do the techniques.
