I didn't even understand Itachi's explanation to Izanami. So i was just like "'kay cool it's some strong genjutsu. Kabuto is under it and can't do anything."

I still don't understand it.........

I find it pretty stupid having to sacrifice an eye to execute the technique as it was primarily created to help wrongdoers realize their mistakes (spamming Izanagi). Also, it's utter BS as DSM Kabuto was pretty difficult to beat and Kishi gave Itachi another power-up to stop Edo Tensei.

Hate HATE HATE it. It was Itachi pulling a technique out of NO WHERE that apparently was a perfect counter to Kabuto. . . Bad writing right there. It could have been hinted at more strongly, though people after Izanagi was shown were saying Izanami was coming. .

Still! It's specifically tailored to defeat Kabuto, introduced last minute. . . God. The fight should have ended some other way.

Probably the biggest a$$pull in history. Plot no jutsu because only plot can defeat the villains of this story.

Albeit it costs an Uchiha - Izanami and Izanagi can be used by any Uchiha with Sharingan, not just Itachi - his light, I wasn't too thrilled about it, hence, I straddle both of the given options. It wasn't Bullshit, but it wasn't exactly interesting either.
