What would happen if tObi used izanagi and itachi used izanami who would win? Didn't itachi say izanami was the counter or would it just be a draw

actually itachi explained everything

if izanagi allows you to change your destiny then whatever happens you can rewrite it at the cost of losing your eye

with izanami the user is allowed to decide someone elses destiny so basically in short...
