lol most effective my ass(sry for bad language) .. But when Danzo fought Sasuke he had like 11 sharingans = 11 times to use Izanagi and he still didnt won against Sasuke .. so i dont rly think its that effective

Minato, he couldn't use izanagi because he was in a genjutsu and had taken hostage. If you could use izanagi forever, you can't die or be injured(well you can, but you can erase it).
