Izanagi on d other hand can only b done 4 d briefest of moments afta dat the user's eye bcomes blind orever. As 4 e I say Kota Amatsuami cos it is more of an attack n can b used 2 finish d enemy whereas Izanagi is defensive n can't kill d enemy.

Madara used it against Konan to recover and if he hadnt used it, he probably would be dead.

Danzo used it to avoid the injuries and attacks of Sasuke and still Died LOL.

While Kota Amatsukami you can use it for a whole lotta things.

I'm going with KA. You can only use it once a decade but it's still usable. Unless you have multiple sharingan like Danzo our Madara Izanagi can only be used twice (assuming you have a standard pair of sharingan, AND Senju dna in you) and for a brife time (unless you figure out how to extend the affects, and even then it's still a short time). After that you're done with that jutsu forever and you're blind too so...yeah.

However the affects of KA can be used again and also after the use of such a powerful technique you don't have the risk of immidient and permanent blindness in your sharingan. Izanagi is extreamly brief and it can't be used again (unless you have an unlimited suply of Sharingan which we're assuming for the sake of the argument that nobody has) after the second time. With Izanagi you use it twice for a brief moment and you're blind in both eyes and as an Uchiha, you're usless then. With KA you use the jutsu once, it may not defeat your opponent then but you still have your eye sight and your other sharingan jutsu, not to mention that it's controled via MS meaning you have the abilities of MS as well (assuming the user of the jutsu knows how to use his Mangekyou). The drawbacks for KA is less then that of Izanagi and for an Uchiha the drawbacks of Izanagi are basically deadly.
