I think yes . Kishi will make another arc IMO .

And , if you have noticed , when any manga enters it's final arc , it says in the cover of the first chapter of the arc , just like Bleach when it entered the Blood war arc . Naruto hadn't any annoucement ,so , I think it's safe to assume that this is not the last arc .

Naruto Vs. Sasuke is going to happen, and unless Kishi wants it to be extremely boring.. they need to hone their Jutsu.

Naruto is a wind type, with only one wind style Jutsu.. Kishi could take his chakra affinity into more depth.. possibly give him another?

Sasuke, a new EMS power.. perhaps? Curse mark? Who knows. I think there are too many things that should be done with the Manga that wouldn't make sense if they were done now, or soon.

The way the plot is going.. a time skip seems.. necessary.

I don't feel that he'd expand Naruto's Wind chakra training or abilites. We've known throughout since Hidan and Kakuzu portion that Naruto has Wind Chakra, yet the only thing he's worked on is Rasen Shuriken. I feel Kishi just gave us the wind chakra explanation and move so he'd have a way to "catch up to Sasuke" without being into pure BS.

Sasuke really besides Rinnegan and PS can't really offer much more. Sure he can put Enton into more things but that's it. The curse mark thing to me has passed (in my opinion) and feel that he can't have much left unless it's the other 2 things I stated or the fruit if he eats it.

I don't really know what they could do with an entire Time Skip as basically everything's being resolved right now. Although another Arc is really likely.

Yeah most likely, naruto and sasuke will fight over who determines the next phase of the shinobi world.

There will have to be to see what happens between Hinata, and Naruto. Whether or not he becomes Hokage, and other things. Plus I'm sure Kishi couldn't reject all that money.
