IWR question

I've searched and could not find a previous post on this, but I apologize if this has already been asked.

Wouldn't somebody be able to revive a sharingan user with IWR, rip out their eyes and transplant them to another person. Then wouldn't the sharingan user under IWR have his eyes regenerate so the process could be repeated over and over? Or does a severed body part of somebody under IWR disintegrate?

When the IWR is released or sealed, the body seems to disengrate into dust/ash so I would assume any piece of their body that has become seperated woudl do the same.

also im fairly sure that the eyes themselves ( getting ripped out ) would revert to the proxy bodies eyes
