So, glad you asked. haha

First, I would start by choosing by choosing one or more "Story Elements" and the make a note at the top of my post declaring when I am starting said mission. From there I am free to tell the narrative however I'd like, as long as I do end up reaching these "Story Elements" eventually. After I have completed my mission I'll submit it in the thread with the template provided and await my Kumi and Ryo. ^.^

I know very little about custom jutsus other than the basics of course. I've read some peoples customs and they all look really awesome. im excited at trying my own hand at it.

Well, to be honest, you're free to do what ever in the rp now.

Just remember, the rp has been going for... 10 years? A lot of ideas have been done with customs.... you will have to find a way to be unique.

Also, you want training in the Byakugan right?
