[Theory] I've Figured It Out! I know its been said before but now theres a little proof

He is using Shisui Uchiha's body.
(which would explain the incredible space/time jutsus he uses)

It could also be that he used Izanagi during his battle with the 1st Hokage to escape an inevitable death, lost his left eye as a sacrifice, and even after transferring his soul the effects still remain.

Kakashi and Madara both use time\space jutsu. I think their link is Obito. Madara can use his power to a fuller extent because he has control over Obito's body -- a true Uchia capable of fully using the bloodline trait. Also, remember Kakashi's time\space had no affect on Madara.

Here lies a question though:

Danzo's able to use Shisui's eye and implanted it into his right eye.

Madara's working eye is also the right eye.

Does it seem inconsistent at the moment, unless you can implant the eye regardless on where to put it (either left or right side)?

Also, how did Danzo get ahold of Shisui's other eye?

Man you are so right!! Like Danzo and Sasuke both use Genjutsu and the Sharingan, so I like think they are like connected somehow like maybe Izuna Uchiha.

Obito's body was crushed and was never seen again. Why int he world would Madara want a child's body? who's right eye was completely crushed by 1000lb Rock. There's no need. Think of it this way, you can transfer bodies and live for ever as long as you do this body transfer thing. and you have 2 options, A)There's a healthy, 20 year old man or B) There's a dead 12 year old kid who's body is crushed.
