Hmm, I'd say the ice prison to immobilise the opponent, then the needles to finish him off. Another would be to use the uce release technique to create snow so you can create the prison faster then normal

Counter:
1) Use Nagashi or similar once the needles are coming in, breaking simultaneously the prison and the needles
2) use ( Katon: Kaen Senpū ) - Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind to melt the snow while preparing an counter-attack.

Description: The user can quickly create an ice dome around his allies and himself to act as a defence. It is strong enough to withstand the assault of many exploding tags at once, remaining almost undamaged.

Now the above tech is not used much in the role play for some reason despite it's effectiveness but meh S rank spam is the way of the role play <_>.
Now this technique uses humidity in the air to it's advantage, the user through focusing his chakra into the air manipulates it and forms it into a dome, you must make this dome thick yet transparent, meaning that it must be durable while still allowing you to see outside.

Hmmm, it looks like a pretty useful technique to me, pity it isn't used much...

Strong points


  • It's useful as a defence for you and your allies, while still being able to see what happens, unlike the earth.wood technique
  • You use the water in the air, making it form quicker then a normal dome.
  • It's difficult to damage with normal attack (ken/tai/weapons) due to the properties of ice
Weak points

  • It's not really effective against high ranked fire/lightning technique's
  • There must be moist in the air, so in the dessert it won't work or is weaker
Combinations-strategies

I'd say, use part of the ice to create tools with the basic ice release technique, when you're in a situation where's not a lot of ice around

How to perform the technique
I focus my chakra in the air around me, gathering as much water particles as possible, before cooling it down, creating ice around me the quickly grows into a solid dome of 10 feet wide and 4 inches think, while still being transparant

Ways to counter:
It's a defence, so not neccessary, but to break it down, hot fire technique I'd think.

Description: The user will create a pack of wolves made of snow that will rush down a mountain and attack the opponent. The user can also simply make a pack of wolves to attack the user without using the mountain, though the momentum they gain from their descent down a mountain makes the jutsu more effective.

Now the above technique is better when used in conjunction with a mountain since the wolves will gain a speed boost, but nevertheless it can be used without a mountain, it is also formed from preexisting ice/snow, although since you have the KG you can create it without pre-existing ice/snow, you can do so by performing three hand seals Rate—>Hare—>Dog although I believe that when you have mastered ice release, you gain the ability to use it with a single hand seal. When there is pre-existing ice/snow you simply manipulate it while using chakra manipulation and form the snow/ice into several wolves. And when not using pre-existing ice/snow you use moisture and humidity to form the wolves.

Now if you need to form a mountain you can use either Moving Earth Core/Wheel of Fortune technique/Raising evacuation.

Description: The user will create a single, or a large abundance, of very large ice spikes that will protrude from the ground. The spikes were shown to have been about the size, taller even, than a small house. The user can make multiple spikes that will rise up simultaneously in the same general vicinity, or a single one.

One of my favorite ice related techniques, this technique is quote simple and straight forward, the user will focus chakra into the ground, take advantage of the moisture, then use shape manipulation to from sharp spikes that emerge from the ground, the spikes number can be chosen by the user, may it be one or 1 billion(kidding .-.), but you know several ice spikes Can be created at a time.
Also the spikes are quite tall, reaching the height of a small house which is about the margin on short-mid range distance.
I recommend using this technique with the basic surrounding genjutsu, and to mask the sound you cause several earth pillars rise, or big objects of earth appear this will mask the appearance produced by the protruding ice.

I'd say now create them between you and the opponent, use them as a distraction attack and attack yourself at the same time/after them

How to perform the technique
Standing on the bottom of a steep hill, I focus my chakra into the snow on the hill, molding the water particles into two dozen wolf-like shapes. As they are formed they thunder down the mountain and barely run around me before they speed on, knocking some trees over that are in their way.

Ways to counter:
Moving earth core to move upwards I'd say is one of the best ways.


Strong points

  • The spikes are large enough to impale a house
  • Because they're coming from under the ground it's hard to notice them
  • You can decide to make either on or several spikes.
Weak points

  • The groud will vibrate when they are formed
  • The spikes can become a hindrance later on in a battle or used against you
  • If you're not careful you can hit your allies

Like you said use an earth technique to mask the movement of the earth, other thing could be to use a genjutsu to alter once vision of the field, seeing spikes protrude somewhat further instead of underneath him/her

How to perform the technique
Focusing my chakra into the ground while preforming a short sequence of hand seal, I grab all the moisture that's in the ground and mold them together to create pillars of ice that start to rise up from the ground, all around you, but instead of hitting you, they enclose you like a prison, a prison with walls of 3 feet thick.

Ways to counter:
Well, I'd say run away when you feel the ground move, but you're probably not fast enough, in that case I'd say a earth armour as you can't dodge or use a wind technique to lift yourself up in the air, away from the spikes.

Now this technique was used through water, the user will erect the whale that had a horn out of the water, but when it was shown, it was shown used by someone with the hidden ability, so he had to manipulate the pre-existing ice in the water. But since you have the KG you can form it without the water source.

(Hyouton: Haryū Mōko) Ice Release: Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger

Description: The user will create a giant tiger made out of ice. The tiger cannot even be slightly affected by any water release unless it is A ranked or above (or a combination of water and another element) as it freezes most water release attacks it comes in contact with.

Now this tiger is quite big, big enough for you to ride on, it is created by using humidity in the air and the surrounding area. Now this technique is said to freeze water techniques, well this can be used to your advantage when countering this technique, for example you can use gushing water imprisonment against it, the water will get frozen by the tiger, this will hinder the tigers movements, although the tiger will be able to 'burst' throughout the water due to elemental weakness, it can be still used for your advantage, for example if the opponent used this against you, you can use GWI to cause him and the tiger to be in the water, thus the opponent will get frozen inside the sphere momentarily.
Also you can put several explosive tags on the tiger, then when it is attacked you can cause the tags to explode, thus causing damage to the opponent, and if you want to be more sneaky, you can create the tiger around the tags/explosives, thus masking their presence even more unknown.
This tiger can also be used for defensive purposes, it is also quite fast in it's movements.

Use it to block an incoming attack, while it smashes onto the ground create ice/earth pillars of some sort. an technique that attacks form beneath, so that the banging of the whale will mask the rumbling of the ground when the attack comes in

How to perform the technique
I focus my Hyuton chakra into the air above me, manipulating it into a giant whale made out of ice that then falls down out of the air, in between us to create a barrier.

Ways to counter:
A rank or Higher Fire technique to melt the whale I should think

  • It can be used pretty good to defend against lower water technique's
  • Can be used as decoy/distraction

  • The fact that it can freeze water can be used against him/you
  • It's big size would be annoying when fighting in a relatively small area

Use the tiger to move your opponent to a certain spot so he's distracted and you can attack him directly

How to perform the technique
Concentrating my Hyuton chakra in the air behind me, I gather the water particles that are in the air, moving them together and create the shape of a large tiger out of the particles while cooling them down to ice.

GWI like you said, or use high fire/boil/blaze technique's to melt him

(Hyōton: Bakusai Hyōshō) - Ice Release: Blasting Ice Crystal

Description: The user firsts traps the target's feet to the ground by freezing ice onto them. They then uses a specific hand seal which causes the chunks of ice at the target's feet to grow into one large chunk, freezing the target completely. Quickly jumping back they throw several senbon at the frozen target. It partially cracks the chunk of ice, and then shatters outward, damaging the target once more.

This is pretty much a summon stopper to be completely honest. There aren't too many summons that would be able to stop you from freezing them completely. By the time they try to jump or something you would perform the handseal. They would then land on the ground and shatter themselves. Most Summons don't have Lightning or Fire chakra to destroy it. It would force the user to have to either sacrifice their summon or find a way to deal with it on their own. In a cannon fight there aren't too many ways to get out of this either, most of them lightning related, a couple of earth ways, fire would only hurt yourself more than help.

In order to perform this technique you must freeze the opponents feet through using your ice chakra, once that is done you perform a hand seal and cause the ice to engulf your opponent completely. Then you throw several senbons at the frozen opponent, the senbons will crack the ice causing more damage to the opponent.

Strong points

  • It's effective for trapping an opponent/summoning for a short while, while they deal with it you can attack
  • There aren't a lot of ways to defend/destroy the techniwue without hurting yourself
  • You trap your opponent first before you completly engulf him in ice, pretty useful I'd say:)
Weak points

  • To engulf the opponent completly you have to perform a handseal, giving him some time to defend
  • Won't be effective in hot envirmonets, ice would just melt.

Combinations-strategies
It's kind of a combination in itself, first immobilising then damaging with the senbons. But for a combination I'd say with a strong wind (for lightning) or water (for fire) technique

How to perform the technique
I start focusing my chakra into the ground beneath your feel, slowly tuning it very cold, before reaching up and engulfing your legs until your knees in ice. Then I prefrom a single handseal, allowing the ice to completly surround you. While the ice grows I grab several senbon and jump backwards, throwing them at you, causing the ice to shatter into pieces, hurting you.

Ways to counter:
Nagashi or related, or a fire technique that heats up your body, melting the ice

Now this technique is a great technique as it doesn't require humidity/moisture and what not, it is initiated through the uses own body; the user will thrust his hand forwards and unleash a black dragon from his hand, the dragon is capable of changing direction while in mid air, it can also be used to attack several opponents due to it's size. Also this technique can be used for transportation, you can create it beneath your ally and move it around, this will help in multiple attacks and what not.
Also it can be used to protect yourself from attacks

Description: The user will gather particles into the air and change them into a disk of ice. The ice disks are transparent, and they are therefore nearly invisible at a distance, and difficult to dodge or see until they are very close. They can also be used as highly durable shields or can be used to allow the user to hover in the air by using standing on it. Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.

One of the most epic ice techniques, it has
  • Offensive Uses: It can be used to attack the opponent via several ways: The first being through the sun, due to the transparency of the technique rays of light can be reflected through the disk, so you can cause fires, or you can blind the opponent through technique, but you must keep in mind the weather, angle of refraction, and position of your opponent, if you opponent is for example looking at the ground you can't blind him...unless you use several disks of ice, reflecting the light from one disk to another until it reaches the opponents line of sight ~_~ And unless you are retarded you shouldn't try that >_>
    The second way to attack is by using the disks themselves to attack, you can exploit their transparency to attack the opponent, I recommend attacking the Knees since it will be harder for them to notice it, and getting hit in the knees is surely a bîtch.
  • Defensive uses: Well this technique allows you to create four ice disk, of you create 3 each will be C rank, if you create 2 each will be B rank, and 1= A rank. You can use this to protect yourself and allies from incoming attacks.
  • Supp uses: You can use it to hover in the air, thus providing a means of faster transportation. It can also be used to transfer allies or dead bodes O_O. Also since sun rays can be concentrated through the disks, you can burn ropes that are restricting you.
This technique exploits humidity in the air to create a disk of ice, I want you to focus on the shape of the ice disk, then through shape manipulation you create it, you can create four copies of the disk, the ranks of them are stated above.

After fucusing my chakra trough my body, I release it trough my hands in the air infront of me, moding and shaping it into a anourmous dragon that flies swiftly trough the air.

Ways to counter:
Hot fire techique like hellfire to melt it.

Use an attack from below to let your opponent concetrate on that, then send one or two disks fying at him. since they will be hard to see they will be hard to doge/defend against.

How to perform the technique
Focusing my chakra in the air around, I gather ice and water paritcles that are in the air, kneading them together to form a large icy disk, before splitting it into four small disks, equal to and D-Rank defense, that surrounds me from every side.

Ways to counter:
Again, hot fire technique to melt them of encase your body in earth armour since earth is strong against ice.

Hide like a mole of Hellfire or Nagashi/Chidori to destroy the dragons

(Hyouton: Makyō Hyōshō) Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

One of the most badarse techniques, it provides a medium for offensive techniques, a means for defensive techniques, and a means of supplementary techniques, it also provides you with movements at great speeds, speeds so great that only 1T sharingan and above can keep up with it(Basically the entire role play >_> So many Fing uchihas <_<). This technique is resistant to lower ranked Fire/Wind/Water, it requires an equal rank fire technique to stop it, and higher rank Wind/water techniques which is forbidden rank, or S rank with a lot of power ups like CM2 and one if the seven sword of the mist >.<.

Now this technique can create up to 21 mirrors of ice, the mirrors are mostly created in a dome formation with 12 mirrors on the ground, 8 above them(basically one mirror in a 50-50 position on top of two mirrors or you can make it so that is flat ontop of the below 12) in a bent angle, and 1 directly above them all. The mirrors will reflect your image.

The mirrors can be formed in any formation with any number(=21 or below). Although it is easier for the opponent to predict your location with a lesser number of mirrors, and with a more simple design.

The mirrors are formed by exploiting the humidity in the air, and take note to create the mirrors slightly bigger than you just as a precaution, and also be vigilant that when leaping through the mirrors not to hit the sound barrier <_<, nah just be careful of any possible fast formed wall like techniques, this will definitely cause you a lot of damage. Also you can move through both sides of the mirror.

Now when you form the mirrors move through them and throw swallows so you get the hang of the chilling feeling.
