Caitlin was standing just beside the great lake which surrounded Amegakure, when suddenly a person appeared on the lake standing on the surface of lake with their back turned towards her. Without wasting anytime for introduction they asked her why she wanted to learn Rain Ninjutsu, something that was very hidden and only a handful of people were allowed to learn secrets of this Ninjutsu. She couldn't possible know who the person standing before her was if not for his characteristic Red hair and a cloak with red clouds on it. She knew that she was being asked these questions be the leader of village himself. This made her both happy and scared at the same time. She was happy to be able to receive training from the mighty leader himself but was scared as to not disappoint the Leader. With a note of fear in her voice she spoke'

"Umm... Ummm, Sir first off let me say that, it is my greatest honor to be trained by yourself and I will try my best to not disappoint you."

Waiting a moment to gather her breath and thoughts she again started speaking

"To answer your questions, I will start with that I have recently had a misfortune to spar against a fellow villager and from that fight I came to understand just how hard it can be to fight against someone who has learned rain ninjutsu. Individually defending against the rain technique is pretty hard as most of the time you cannot even see which direction the attack is going to come from as it is raining all around. You can also blow the clouds away but they always gather back around and can even be manipulated to return over the field. I also have some ideas to prevent the clouds from being blown away. That spar was in Amegakure so it was already raining but its not just limited to Rainy environment as you can always create rain wherever there are sufficient clouds to use the ninjutsu. Rain techniques are pretty versatile as they are divided into both offensive and defensive and there limitless possibilities to utilize the Rain ninjutsu. Rain techniques are faster to perform than other elements. I am a proud member of Amegakure and since its always raining in the village, I would like to use that to my advantage and be able to defend the village against intruders and all those who are not welcome. "Excellent. Let's begin then. We already have a perfectly suitable source of rain here." Concentrating chakra into his left hand Nagato focused on the drops of rain around him; swiftly they were redirected toward his palm and formed a single high pressure orb, much like a small Rasengan. "We'll start simple. The first task to manipulating Rain is being able to redirect rain drops. This takes significant concentration, given the immense quantity of rain around you during a storm. But once mastered it becomes very simple to perform this..." He said, motioning down toward his hand. "Concentrate rain drops into your hand and shape them into an orb, much like how you would do with any Water Release technique."

(Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra: 10
Damage: 20
Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.

Caitlin was waiting anxiously to know if her answer was satisfactory. Normally she liked rain as it made her feel calm, but at this moment her brain was too much occupied with thoughts to even notice or enjoy the rain. As she was standing there drowned in her own thoughts, Sensei turned around to face her. It was her first time seeing the leader of the village face to face. She was in awe but at the same time happy as Sensei had a nice expression making her think that she did well. She was put at ease when sensei complimented her. She then listened intently as sensei explained too her what she had to do and did the very same himself. She payed good attention as to how sensei made an orb of rain in his left hand. She then spoke..... "Alright! Sensei, I just have to make rain drops gather around my hand and make them into an orb using chakra, that should be easy."

She started gathering Rain chakra in her hands and with utmost concentration, started to apply chakra into the Rain drops around her right hand as well. Little by little rain drops started gathering in her open palm, but they were not turning into the orb as sensei did. She didn't want to disappoint her Sensei who also happened to be the leader of the village. She wanted to show him that the future of rain was in good hands, that she was able to defend the village against any of the attacks. So she kept her concentration on the task at hand and started thinking of ways to turn the rain water into an orb. All of sudden it her that it should be same as with all the jutsu, she had to apply shape manipulation to her chakra. Then she immediately manipulated the chakra into the rain water on her hand and started to give it a definite shape. it was tough at first since the water started to take a shape but it wasn't turning into a perfect orb. Cailtin knew that her concentration wasn't good enough. Not wanting to disappoint her sensei she started to think of the things that calmed her. First thing that came to her mind was Rain, but since it was already raining and she was still not making the desired progress she started thinking of her fun times with her comrades in the village. This worked and all the water in her palm turned into a perfectly shaped orb of water just like sensei had did.

Out of nowhere she felt the desire to see what the leader of village would do if he was attacked with this rain orb. She knew this could turn out to be bad for him, but then again it was leader of the village. He would never harm anyone of his villagers and he was obviously more then capable of dealing with a little orb of water like this. So planned a ruse and fired the orb of rain from her hand but was knocked back by the orb flying out of her hand, while she was losing her balance she spoke with a hint of disbelief in her voice, "I am sorry sensei, I just couldn't control it. It flew out of my hand without control", while thinking what her fate was going to be after this........
