I have no idea. It seems to be awakening in his right eye (possibly due to being Naruto and Hinata's son?) but it hasn't manifested yet.

Either that or there is some kind of time /play/ being manipulated here.

One eye dojutsu solos

It reminds me how Sasuke forced his Sharingan to go 2nd tomoe during his fight with Haku before it went back to standard 1 tomoe. Bolt seems to be doing the same thing, but he doesn't realize he has a 'Dojutsu' yet.

But I guess this is what Momoshiki meant by his blue eyes will take everything from him. They had to nerf Boruto for the plot if they are making him this strong already

He probably won't 'awaken' his Dojutsu until something bad happens :/ -- NERF
