Well for the first usage, I would probably repel the B rank and below techniques back to my opponent, the technique would gain a damage bonus since it will have it's power from it's original use, and the boost from momentum presented by the technique. That would be deadly and hard to defend against.
Another way would be repelling a kunia, this may sound absurd at first, but think about it. You throw the kunia in front of you and repel it, while it travels at blistering speeds multiply the kunia, then viola, you have 1000 bullet like kunias heading towards your opponent. This is preferably performed long range from the opponents, reason is to have time to multiply the kunias. Or it can be used with a partner/clone who throws and multiplies the kunia, while you repel it.
A third way would be getting close to an opponent and performing the technique on them. Now since the technique can't be used to teleport people, the opponent would be near you, in a totally messed up and bruised condition, that will present you with a good opportunity to strike him down.
Now pros are the speed, duration(more than 24 turns), and effectivity on earth/water techniques, which are most commonly used.
The cons are that it can't be used to teleport, it isn't very efficient on lightning/fire/wind techniques, and it's drawbacks of damage and 2 turn restriction on paw arts techniques.
