It is therefore implied that Sasuke was worried about Naruto fighting a hard fought battle rather than being scared/annoyed/intimidated by Naruto's chakra. By worried it means a positive concern/affection and not an antagonistic one.

They will fight but it doesn't mean he was pissed or annoyed sensing Naruto, maybe he's concern that Madz might kill him before their final battle. Or, that Naruto might get killed before he Joins him in battle against Madz.
