Oh dear lord, I hate this coding thingy xD
(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm
Three advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. Can speed up ninja tools
2. No handseals are used
3. It take little chakra to perform
Three disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. Its range is disadvantageous
2. You can be vulnerable to an attack because the technique requires both hands to work.
3. >_<
Strategies and combinations:
Aside from combining it with ninja tools, you can combine it with the Fire Style: Great Fireball technique to increase it's strength and speed.
How you would counter it:
Use an equal ranked Earth wall to counter it. You can also move out of the technique's range, because its short range. If you're in the short range though, you can use a substitution jutsu to avoid harm.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
*I begin charging my wind chakra in my hands and I start to give the chakra a blunt force, thus giving it the nature to smash through objects etc. After charging my chakra, I clap my hands together, releasing the blunt wind front towards a nearby tree*
(Fūton: Kaiten Shuriken) - Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken
Three advantages :
1. No hand seal are needed
2. It can greatly enhance the Lethality of bladed weapons
3. It can be used for variety of ninja weapons
Three disadvantages :
1. It can be easy to defend against, because it uses projectile weapons to work.
2. It can be stopped by a higher ranked wind jutsu.
3. >_<
Strategies and combinations:
I think I could combine this with the Blazing Shuriken Dance (火炎手裏剣乱舞, Kaen Shuriken Ranbu) technique since it states you launch the shuriken then infuse them with fire chakra, I could launch the wind infused shurikens and then add fire chakra as they are about to strike my opponent thus adding to the damage
How you would counter it:
I could use the same jutsu that I was just taught, the Gale Palm technique, to repel the weapons. I could also use an earth wall to block the blades.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
*I take out a shuriken and I start threading the hole in the middle with one of my fingers. I start channeling my wind chakra into the shuriken. I notice it spin, so I start compressing the wind until it is thin and sharp. I then flick it towards a nearby tree*
Sorry for the crappy reply...
