So did anyone hear about that Italian cruise liner that got beaches and then flipped over? Sadly there are 5 dead and about 40 missing
I read a headline for it and it said "significant human error" uhh yea I'd say if u beached a ship and the flipped it
It's sad about the people but for the company to come out and say "significant human error" was just funny because obviously it was human error but you didn't have to add the significant.

Yep, I did hear about it, the captain said there was not supposed to be that rock in their route (could of have happened because of an underground volcano or something); but I still find it hard to beleive.

What they are arguing against the captain is not about crashing (could of have happened to anyone, even if you are the best captain) but they say that he was not the last to exit the ship, when that should of have happened

I hope they find those missing persons, and they compensate the families whom some member died.

I only heard it briefly on the news. But I think they said the captain has been arrested for manslaughter due to abandoning the ship during the crisis, even before the evacuation started. I will have to find a source that confirms this or not.
