What do you guys think it is?
Do you think Kisihmoto will reveal the secrets?

Especially the secret about Hidan is very intriguing and irritating not knowing what it is.

hidans immortality is from his religion i guess and the reason he has to kill with his ritual is probably to keep it going so if this correct then hidan might be dead now not sure like byt its just my assumption

Come on guys if it was from his Ms, why Sasuke ain't have the same illness. Ms slowly deteriorate to the darkness(Going Blind). My assumption is he went on some type of mission for akatsuki and that was the result of battling an extremely tough opponent. In the anime we saw it look as though he went to akatsuki shortly after killing his clan.

Itachi's illness was love sickness coupled with MS use. He destroyed is whole clan. Not because he didn't love them but because civil war was inevitable. He loved Konoha and the war would of destroyed that. The burden of that on his shoulders took its toll. He lived a double life. Unable to go home having to stay on the road, no one knowing the real truth and having to swallow the poison of the lie day in and day out.... How long would you survive?
