SO6P most likely knows every single jutsu in the world, he could use KA to beat him, Kamui to outmaneuver him, Amaterasu him and wait until Itachi used up all his chakra, he probably could teleport him onto the moon or use CT to catch him and again wait until his Susano'o wears off, Shinra Tensei him into the space...or simply use Creation of all things to make Itachi or the shield disappear. Plenty of ways to bypass the shield.

the yata mirror is supposed to be able to deflect any attack. but that sword was said to create the world... so, in theory it could probably destroy the world as well, and the yata mirror. i'm sure the yata mirror has a weakness.
logically the yata mirror would be shattered into tiny pieces. Factually however the yata mirror would be able to witshstand the attack becasue Kishimoto said that the Yata mirror can repel all attacks even if the attack came from a god.

Not that I want to meddle in this weird debate, but several shinobi that knew the Death Reaper Seal also said, that it would seal a person for eternity...
In this manga, sadly, Kishi doesn't worry about contradicting himself (or simply showing that different characters have different knowledge, and that some may be wrong). So even the bold evidence does not hold
Also Ibiki is here talking about the reincarnation of the SO6P, but Pain wasn't really anything like that, and neither was Obito nor Madara. They all gained part of the so6p's abilities, but none gained all of his abilities.
So I don't think whatever Ibiki said has any relevance, as he is talking about Pain (i.e. he talks in present time, and means that he inherited the abilities of the "real" so6p).
Also intelligence is a vast size, and it's not really an area in which a person can be "complete". Any shinobi can lose a battle, that is at least how the ideals of Naruto are defined, even if it's the strongest. There is always a probability, but of course it would be quite slim, and IMO so slim that it's not even a question for debate

The "DNA sword" is only as strong as the person's will. For what reason does ole man 6 Paths have to stab through Itachi's shield? That is important in the Narutoverse.....because if Itachi was using the Yaga shield in order to protect Sasuke or maybe even just himself so that he could protect Sasuke....well my friend, that sword would break just like flip flopper Obito's! a person's "will" is their most empowering weapon in Naruto. Context does matter in this debate (even if hypothetically he did wanna stab through the shield). His will would have to have a better reason or something to belive in more strongly than Itachi's will. What if the SO6P created the shield in order to protect the ones he loved the most. Itachi being the great to the 10th power grandson may be one of the most direct decedents of the Sage. Therefore using my "what if" scenario along with the facts about the sword only being as strong as the person's will....that sword's DNA gets scrambled
So what ?, same applies to Yata Mirror and Totsuka Blade being just pure hype and ALMOST FEATLESS...
Even if Yata has few feats then these feats are against much weaker attacks then hype surrounding it could points. In other words Feats of Yata at least doesn't live to it's hype so they are meanigless putting it in same condition as DNA's sword
i think its important that you guys remember what Zetsu said about the weapons exactly because this is how kishi makes things make sense later on when talks about these weapons in the future.
Zetsu said "its SAID the shield can block anything" and the "sword is SAID to seal anything for ever in a genjutsu"
The fact Zetsu said "its said" this is what happens then that means zetsu isn't sure himself.
Because as we all know Obito thought as the juubi's host his body has no weaknesses but we found out sage chakra attacks hurt the body.
So until we know more about these weapons, I think its silly to say itachi is invincible because these weapons after all we saw from this war now.
Also orocihmaru was looking for the genjutsu sword his whole life so the items don't appear to uchiha only weapons.

The Totsuka blade isn't involved in this argument, because we allready know it's a one shot kill to anything.
The fact that one things hype is of similar levels to another, doesnt mean it is inferior to the other.
But, the Nunoboko sword's hype is not that. It is supposed to have "Created the world"
That said nothing about it's cutting power which is the topic we are discussing.
A sword can create the world, but if it cant cut, it ain't a good sword.
