And Orochimaru was around WAY before Itachi, so I'm sure he knew about that sword before Itachi even first used his susanoo. Yes dude, yata mirror and the sword are in his susanno now, but listen, the two items could've been in anyone's susanoo, Sasuke's susanoo could aquire the yata mirror and totsuka sword. Madara's susanoo could aquire the items and make it its weapons. Do you understand? The legendary items are NOT NATURALLY apart of Itachi's susanoo, they were aquired.
