The scan clearly shows the words:
*our: before "uncommonly powerful eye techs
*your: before "rinnegan combined with my MS can do almost anything" (which would be a combination of both eyes working together)

This clearly refers to both of them, not only Itachi (but fandom is real)

No it's not, that is the biggest misconception ever. obito DMS is living proof of that shit. it has to be a full powered rinnegan (sasuke/living madara) to be superior to MS. itachi's tsukuyomi can practically GG most characters in the series due to his time manipulation. he is the only one who possesses such a thing, not even a perfect jink can escape it.
