Now you're being silly. Itachi declared only an Uchiha with the same eyes could, and you're disagreeing with him? Itachi told Kakashi who's able to beat him, and I'm pretty sure Obito, a CLANSMEN (said by Itachi), a SHARINGAN WIELDER, LET ALONE MS (said by Itachi) and a man possessing Senju DNA could break it.

Yes I did say MS > 3T + CM but I never said MS can break out of a fully powered Tsukuyomi, and no I don't think you can control the power level of Amaterasu but I do believe if Itachi wanted to he could have easily hit Sasuke before he did as all he was doing was running with normal human speed, in a circle.

Also Itachi did not want to make him stronger he only wanted Sasuke to believe Itachi was going at full power which clearly he wasn't.

For one, Kakashi only thought of Sasuke because, you know, Sasuke was the only other known Uchiha alive at that time. Secondly, the databook already established who could and could not break Tsukuyomi;

Concurrently, the only ones who can defeat Tsukuyomi are Sharingan possessors... And even then, exclusively the elite shinobi who have reached particularly high degrees of skillfulness. Once could say this is truly a God-given jutsu solely allowed to those blessed with Uchiha blood and prodigious aptitudes.

By Uchiha blood, it was referring to anyone born as an Uchiha. Pretty much every top tier Uchiha has mastered their Sharingan (Madara, Obito, Sasuke). What you need to remember is that when these things were stated, Sasuke was the only Uchiha known alive, and obviously the manga wouldn't spoil its own plot.

So you're admitting Sasuke can break free? Cool. And he never hinted at Sasuke. Of course, since Sasuke is Kakashi's student, and Itachi's little brother, Sasuke would be the first to come to mind, however, he clearly said "an Uchiha", something Obito is.

MS can though, it's painfully obvious. Look, Itachi said only a person who's an Uchiha, and wields the Sharingan can break out of Tsukuyomi, Sasuke is just that! What don't you understand? The very person you're trying to defend disagrees with you, or shall I say the manga. Sasuke broke out of Tsukuyomi at 3T, that's final. While the CM may have provided an enhancement, saying that version of Tsukuyomi was weak is just plain underrating Sasuke. Like I said, this was also Itachi's way of testing Sasuke's strength. Concerning Amaterasu, how long it took to hit Sasuke is irrelevant, it still hit him at the end of the day. I'm pretty sure someone who "isn't trying" wouldn't use his most powerful ninjutsu attack...

Itachi did not want to make him stronger? I think we both know you're wrong there. Itachi hoped Sasuke would take his eyes once he was dead, making him stronger. And to do that, he had to "kill" Itachi first. Itachi wanted Sasuke to become as strong as he could allow him too, while testing his strength of course.

Uchiha's can break genjutsu so Tsykyomi is little to useless in an Itachi/Obito case. Kamui on the other hand- hasn't been shown to have any counter besides Kamui itself. And if would be a perfect jutsu if Obito had both of his eyes(Obito's eye control tangibility and can teleport on touch- meaning it's close range, Kakashi's eye can be used for long range only).
