My logic is short, but convincing.

The hyphenated question mark in a declarative sentence indicates Orochimaru shifted the sentence inflection in between words.

In this sequence, Jūgo says a sentence. Sasuke says a sentence. Raikage says a sentence. Then the Raikage is narrowly blocked.

Conclusion

The distance in both situations were quite comparable. The words spoken during the blitzes are vastly disproportionate. Itachi's Susano'o is therefore significantly faster than the V1 Raikage by this method of calculation.

I make this thread because it's not funny anymore to hear ''Lol,anyone can dodge Totsuka sword easily'' when it was clearly shown in the recently chapters that the Rinnegan's reincarnation was off-paneled in one move from Susano'o.

totsuka is very fast indeed as it pierced him like in a second even though oro wasn´t ready it´s pretty hard to avoid something like that

Orochimaru wasn't un-ready at all.As you can see he was looking down straight at Itachi.There's no reason to believe he was unprepared of the upcoming attack.

Raikage's V1 speed doesn't show as much as when he goes for V2 IMO.

Orochimaru didn't dodge it because he thought it was just a normal Sword. Physical attacks won't work on Orochimaru, but I don't know if he could dodge it.

and dont forget that nagato couldnt move..............
