Itachi's Susano'o's activation speed=Minato's reaction speed

I never said Amaterasu was faster than Kirin
Amaterasu is as fast as the eye can follow
If Itachi's eyes were able to follow Kirin, his Amaterasu is pretty much the same speed.


And what is with your assumption?
Susano'o doesn't require both eyes to be open
it requires both eyes to have MS

Or are you saying that Itachi can open his eyes fasteer than Kirin? xd
