thats an assumption not facts

they knew sasuke abilities they were informed it was even in the sasuke vs raikage episode.

The kages probably do they inform other villages of rouge ninja's abilities.

NONE of the kages ever seen Amaterasu
And they never even seen him fight, Itachi was like a unknown rouge ninja, until he fought kakashi thats when they found out he's an Genjustsu master, because he put kakashi in a coma.

The kages dont even know about itachi's Techniques, The 4th only knows about Madara's. , And itachi and Madara have DIFFERNENT ocular powers, So they would not even know what their up against. They wouldve of course seen his eyes at LEAST once before they even fight

And itachi kinda have avg chakra because he's SICK AND he uses Sharingan 24/7 , so he ALWAYS comsuming chakra 24/7. PLUS he was sick.

He's was able to maintain Sharingan for 8 years through continuous use and STILL able to use the most powerful Genjutsu's despite his sickness.

the senju clan rivaled the uchiha clan, itachi is not the strongest uchiha to come out of that clan. i'm sure they'd manage.

then how did jaraiya know of it albeit not extensively,and kakashi was pre time skip, he didn't even have MS at the time

So you tellin me that itachi Wasent manipulating the Amatersasu when He was Chasin sasuke with it. Sasuke was running, and itach was controlling it making it follow him. He had pretty good control of it. watch the episode. HE even made a Huge circle of flames around the perimeter, so dont say itach cant control his as good

Sasuke did not past Itachi completly. Only speculation but Itaschi was propably too ill to malipulate AMS. Hinse why Sasuke is overated

im not talking about who has a better ability, Itachi used amerterasu backed then when was in the akatsuki so they would inform people and this was in naruto,so the other kage's should already have intel because there enemy is the akatsuki and that's in naruto shippuden.
