Re: Itachi is stronger than previous Hokages
Alright I will admit that Itachi is a genius to be able to do and foresee everything that he has, but to go the distance to say that he is "stronger than previous Hokages" is very much of a long shot.
Hashirama and Tobirama were the strongest of their times, and have been considered Legends even to shinobi of other countries.
Hashirama eternal rival of Madara Uchiha, he fought against Madara who possessed the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, and had the Kyuubi on his side and still couldn't beat him even if he was only there to "acquire" cells. The injuries he took that day still affect him today in the manga. Could control tailed beasts and the true possessor of the Mokuton (Wood Release) element.
Tobirama fought with his brother against the Uchiha, which at that time two of them had Mangekyou Sharingan and still lived to continue his legacy. He also fought against the KinGin brothers when the attempted a Coupe D'etat against Tobirama and Nidaime Raikage, and still lived to tell the tale and they even had the Kyuubi power and the So6P's tools at their side. Creator of the Impure World Resurrection, a skilled user of Space/Time ninjutsu, master of the water element
Hiruzen trained by both Hashirama and Tobirama, was the Hokage for the longest amount of time, and was considered the greatest of his time. Though we only got too see him fight against Oro and the Edo Kages.
Minato a true genius, creator of the Rasengan, Flying Thunder God technique. Faster than A, Yondaime Raikage. He fought against Madara Uchiha and won, he then proceeded to seal the Yang chakra of the Kyuubi inside his son while at the same exact time sealing his own chakra, and his wife's chakra inside his son for the days that he would be tempted to remove the seal on the cage and the days he would attempt to master/tame the beast himself. Won a war by himself with his FTG.
Tsunade granddaughter of Hashirama, grandniece of Tobirama. She is the greatest Medical Shinobi of her time, and obviously physically the strongest.
Now to say that Itachi is stronger or better than all of them is a huge long shot seeing as I don't see him being able to contend against the 1st, 2nd or 4th Hokage.
If you say all he would have to do is Tsukuyomi them and he wins......I say try again. Both Hashirama and Tobirama must have gone against that technique several times when fighting against Madara and Izuna enough so that Madara ended up going blind because of over using his Mangekyou Sharingan, and Minato would have most likely known about it and he would be too fast for Itachi to even catch him in the first place....even Tsunade would be able to break out of that technique.
So no Itachi isn't "stronger" than all the previous Hokages, he would probably be able to own Tsunade and Hiruzen but not after a struggle against the two. But he would fall if he had to fight Hashirama, or Tobirama, or Minato.
