If they are using it as stealth (which only Obito has)

then it's instant. Only person that's faster than teleportation is the flash you ****ing idiot fanboy. Not even Naruto can dodge ameno which is also instant.

i did read the OP. And i addressed those scans in my first post. There is nothing that itachi did that surpasses obito or minato in stealth. Though itachi is an exceptional shinobi, no doubt.

if Itachi was that stealthy, nobody would've noticed his return to Konoha. Also, Itachi detected Obito because he got careless trying to sneak in the Nakano Shrine.
